John Moran
Mr. Moran is a managing partner of NxtEvo, LLC with 15 years of experience in the government contracting industry. An operations and finance executive, he most recently served as the Vice President of Business Operations for a $200M government services contractor. He led the day-to-day business functions for the company covering operational, contractual administration, risk, and compliance for three business units. In this role, he also led the strategy, formulation and preparation of all business development pricing activities.
He has led diligence and integration activities of acquired companies with annual revenues in excess of $50M. He has provided contractual and compliance support to several buy-side diligence teams, and was instrumental in the strategic planning and contractual support for sell-side activities.
His prior experience includes leadership roles in business and financial operations for large government services and IT infrastructure firms. Mr. Moran holds a BS in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an MS in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
Nick Via
Mr. Via is a managing partner of NxtEvo, LLC with 15 years of experience in the government contracting industry. An operations and finance executive, he most recently served as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for a $200M government services contractor. He formed and led the FP&A, Program Control, Procurement and DCAA compliance functions of the enterprise, focusing on strategic planning, financial operational strategies and integrating business systems.
Experienced in M&A, he has led the diligence and integration of acquired companies with annual revenues in excess of $50M. He has provided financial and operational support to several buy-side diligence teams, and was instrumental in the strategic planning and financial support for sell-side activities.
His prior experience includes leadership roles in business and financial operations for large government services firms and financial institutions. Mr. Via holds a BA in Management and Accounting from Hood College, and an MBA in Management from Loyola University Maryland.
